Officially Official!! I'm a New Hire

Yesterday was the day I became a permanent employee!! I know it's true because my boss sent me the following email:

"Christie. You are legal. Congrats."

And there we have it: a two year post-grad job search completed.


How did I celebrate? With tacos, my homemade sangria and a couple of fabulous friends. And let me tell you... as if it were possible, even Mexican food tastes sweeter now that I'm officially employed.
